Since 2006, Erik Berglin and John Skoog have been put up over 3,000 life scale photos of birds across Sweden... (this was a post from Wooster Collective 2 weeks ago).

Well, during the week Jen was in Stockholm for work, and on a wonder around the old town she snapped these for me. Nice.

With a well deserved day off work I headed to Moniker street art fare featuring some of the best street artists in the world and some of the biggest art reps/agents/galleries from all over the globe. I'll feature pics from the fare after this, but this is what I came across on the way there - mainly in Shoreditch/Hoxton...

Still in Amsterdam...

A graf smorgasbord (Click on image to enlarge)

While I'm on the Amsterdam tip, I thought I'd chuck up these 2 pieces - 1 sticker batch and 1 graf batch. We spent a day on our bikes ripping around the city and stopping when ever anything took my eye, these are 2 of them.

Oh, and we're almost up to 12,000 unique visitors to the site, so keep watching and send the link to your friends as we head for the big time...

Leef! in Amsterdam

Don't know who or what this is/means (any help from the audience would be appreciated), but it was a large piece on the wall on our way to the park to take the truffels we'd just bought from the smartstore in Amsterdam...

Here's a set from Amsterdam from last year that I really liked. It was near the red light area, so went back to shoot it during the day on our bikes. It was on a boarded up doorway...

We were just about to leave Amsterdam heading for Rotterdam when I spotted this piece down an alley way. On closer inspection I discovered it was a London Police piece with hand-rendered background. There were a few other great pieces down said alley, and I'll feature them too, so stay tuned...

Here's something I meant to chuck up a while ago but never got round to, so for followers of David Walker, here it is. Was lucky enough to be walking by as he was about 3/4 of the way through this piece. I'm a big fan of his work, and watching him in action was marvelous. He just makes it look so fuckn easy. Great skills - much respect David (oh, and he's a hellova nice guy too...)

Precious Damage at Red Bull Studios, London

The piece we almost bought (click on image to enlarge)

The second piece we almost bought (click image to enlarge)

The third piece we would have bought if we could have afforded three

Would have bought this too if we were going for a set of four

Copyright piece that I liked (click on image to enlarge)

Was lucky enough this week to get invited to Precious Damage, an exhibition put on by Zero Cool Gallery. The 'one night only' exhibition featuring Copyright (UK) and Numskull (AUS) was held at the Red Bull Studio space at London Bridge, London on Thursday 17/02.

The concept for the show was simple. Each artist had created 50 works on card using a mixture of paint, paste and print. The 100 pieces were then used to panel the walls of the space. The pieces were all priced £100. Once purchased the pieces were taken off the wall by the purchaser so over the course of the evening the installation broke apart.

The function started at 7, so by the time we got there at 8 a significant number of peices had already dissapeared. It was great seeing happy smiling faces of purchasers walking around the show with their newly aquired artworks under their arm.

The bar ran free from 7-9, so a great time had by all. Thanks Zero Cool and Red Bull Studios for a great night.
