This building is in Bydgoszcz City in north Poland, about 100km south of Gdansk where we visited last year on the Baltic sea. Don't know much more about the piece, but it's a staggering credit to the artists involved to take on such a monumental canvas. By my reckoning it's 11 stories tall. Respect.
